Talk Directs iCare project faced its most difficult challenge yet as we were asked to help a customer who not only had zero sight, but also suffered from other disabilities.

The customers parents were desperate for him to be able to gain some independence through the use of a mobile phone, and Talk Direct was on hand to offer help and advice.
