Talk Direct joins MISSION CHRISTMAS 2017
Mission Christmas is the largest annual Christmas toy appeal in the UK which is run by Cash For Kids and supported by Bauer Radio’s regional stations.
It is truly an amazing appeal which supports thousands of disadvantaged children across the UK. For many families Christmas is simply a luxury they cannot afford and with 1 in 4 children across the UK living in poverty this December, Talk Direct are getting into the festive spirit and are extremely proud to be getting involved with Cash for Kids, and have registered its stores as one of the official drop-off points where customers can donate new and unwrapped gifts (0-18years).
Talk Direct’s MD Linda Jones said, “We are all for getting involved in the community and we are hoping people will embrace the opportunity to make a real difference to those who are less fortunate. Although we may be playing a small part in aiding this charity, we want to be able to help these children enjoy Christmas with their families.”
