O2 win the BFA Franchisor award in Customer Focus.

O2 were extremely proud to have received the award for Customer Focus at the British Franchise Association Awards which was held in June 2016.

The judges were blown away with everything that O2 do and loved the clear focus on customer service. The panel were looking at how O2 illustrate a care for customers, and how the relationships built underpin the growth and development of the franchisee’s businesses.

In September, there will be another award evening for the best Franchisee award. BFA is the industry governing body for ALL type of Franchise businesses.

O2 chose Talk Direct as the only O2 Franchisee to be put forward for the BFA award for customer focus and are now in the final stage as one of the 4 finalists.

Talk Direct are delighted to be selected by O2 as their only Franchisee applicant. What a massive achievement it is to have a chance to win a very big award in the Franchise industry.
