Recently our Guru at Scarborough, Marcus had what he thought was a regular appointment with a customer who purchased a new iPhone. Initially Marcus helped the customer set up her iPhone; however upon getting to know the customer Marcus understood that they had heart problems and it was a great concern for her daughter who lived in Australia.

Marcus knew that the Jawbone smart band would allow the customer and her daughter to keep up to date with her health via an app even though the pair were thousands of miles apart.

Marcus set up the smart band and made sure the customer was confident using it. From a recent update, the customer and her daughter are successfully using the smart band to monitor her health with ease.

The customer couldn’t speak highly enough of Marcus as she believed he went above and beyond that she contacted O2 directly and praised Marcus for his work.
