Talk Direct have had a fantastic couple of days at the Buy Yorkshire exhibition
The business team, Annie, Charlotte & Georgia, at Talk Direct have had a fantastic couple of days at the Buy Yorkshire exhibition held in the Royal Armouries on the 17th & 18th May.
As the biggest B2B conference outside of London the Buy Yorkshire conference offers an incredible opportunity to make local and relevant business relationships. The team had a stand in the New Dock Hall stocked up with freebies and merchandise from LG and our own O2 merchandise made by LSi. The fantastic chalk mugs were a massive hit and ensured that the stand was constantly garnering attention from delegates and fellow exhibitioners alike. The team had some great conversations with local businesses and gained some incredible contacts and business leads. Tom from LG was there to demo LG’s latest handset and he ensured that visitors to the stand were wowed by the new LG G5 and our prize draw to win the phone proved incredibly popular!
The team also attended some seminars at the event, one being the infamous ‘Billion Pound Panel’ whereby a board of inspiring and influential business people come together to host a ‘Question Time’ style seminar. The business team gained some fantastic insight in to the world of business and what it takes to become a successful entrepreneur.’
