Talk Direct and the Diana Award, a perfect partnership

A special Inspire Day to empower young people who had been nominated for the Diana Award as part of the Celebrate Young Heroes project was a great success, it highlighted the great partnership Talk Direct and the Diana Award have.

“We are incredibly proud of what the Diana Award and Talk Direct partnership has managed to achieve for unsung young heroes across Yorkshire and Humberside. We have been able to celebrate 150 inspirational young people and encourage them to continue their amazing work within their communities. Furthermore, we engaged 75 young people in social action and employability workshops at Inspire Day. This provided young people from across the region with the opportunity to build skills whilst engaging with peers from different walks of life and local professionals. This partnership really has demonstrated that if you celebrate young people and give them the skills, not only will they transform the lives of others, but also their own in the process.”
