"Our company has had massive growth since 2010 and the purchasing of mobile phones was not always done in the most systematic manner, we had numerous lines attached to various members of management names, some for business, some on consumer lines. We were finding it increasingly difficult to keep track of all the lines, making changes or even reconciling the invoices and direct debits.

In summer 2014 we had a phone call from Charlotte introducing herself as our new business manager, she asked if there was anything she could help us with – this call lasted approx. 2 hours… Over the next few weeks Charlotte helped organise the account onto the correct business tariffs, and put them onto one single account, with one single direct debit.

At each point Charlotte communicated her progress, asked for additional information when required and offered additional help and assistance.

Since organising our account Charlotte has become Care Facility Management’s sole point of contact for O2, she has assisted in new purchases from organising an iPhone 6 on the day of launch for one of the Directors to budget tariffs for some of our sites as emergency phones.

Our staff do not have the time to spend on the phone to ‘customer services’ to ask for a bolt on, to check for upgrades,  Charlotte can sort this is just minutes. Charlotte makes herself available, even though I am aware she is currently studying, this is very commendable.
