SRSB Praise Talk Direct For Project iCare
SRSB has enjoyed working with Mark and members of his O2 Guru team from Talk Direct for the last few years.
They have visited our centre in Sheffield to chat to our visually impaired clients about their tech. It has been great to hear the feedback from clients who have benefitted from advice about their phones and tablets.
Technology has become much more accessible, and sometimes it really helps for people to chat in an informal environment about what is available to assist them.
Mark’s team have always been very knowledgeable and patient, and because they are involved in their iCare Project they are also experienced with considering the requirements of visually impaired people.
SRSB recently opened a centre in Rotherham and Mark’s team have also held the O2 Guru Days there. Rotherham Sight & Sound supports people with sight and/or hearing loss.
We have appreciated the time that Talk Direct’s team have given to support our clients who have enjoyed their visits, and we look forward to working with them in the future.
